In those instances when a garment doesn't quite meet the expected performance standards and concerns arise, rest assured that we are dedicated to standing firmly behind our products. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction means that we will address and resolve any anomalies that may occur. This pledge underscores our commitment to building trust and loyalty with our valued customers. Clear and transparent communication of our policy in handling such situations is pivotal, ensuring that our customers are fully informed about what to expect when they choose our garments.

Bespoke Line

Our legacy of exceptional service spans across many years. We anticipate our clothing to excel in real-world use, with our garments designed to improve as they are worn over time. Additionally, as a testament to our unwavering commitment to product quality, we provide a Lifetime Repair Service for any item meticulously handcrafted by us.

We pride ourselves on being one of the few companies that provide lifetime repairs and alterations for our bespoke suiting line. Please note that this does not apply to our MTM garments. Seeing as our client’s are busy - In the case of any alteration or repair, simply contact us via EMAIL or PHONE and we will schedule a clothier to come pick up your garment and repair it at no additional cost. As an example, if you blow out your lining or gain some weight, our Clothier’s will come directly to you and repair the garment at NO additional cost.

 

MTM Line

With any purchase from our MTM line: The customer is responsible for ensuring the secure transportation and delivery of the garment back to us. We strongly advise using a reputable courier service that offers 'Signed For' or 'Tracked Delivery' options. Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility for any courier-related issues that may arise during the shipment of items back to us. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with a steadfast commitment to minimizing costs for our customers. Any associated expenses will be communicated in advance, and no work will commence without the explicit consent and approval of the customer. We will make every effort to accommodate requested repairs. However, if we determine that, from a commercial perspective, the garment is irreparable, we may suggest it's time for a replacement.

 

Duration of repairs-alterations

The time required for repairs and refurbishments depends on the information we gather. A team member will provide a specific timeframe for the repair, replacement, or refurbishment once all necessary details are at our disposal. As a preliminary estimate, we anticipate resolving most matters within 2 to 4 weeks, but this may vary depending on the issue's size and complexity. The time of year and the factory's workload may also influence the processing timeline. Regardless of these variables, we are committed to keeping you well-informed with regular updates throughout the entire process.
